Dear Parents,

Thanks so much for participating in the canned goods drive for St. Anne’s this week! Our class exceeded our goal of 100!  
As the temperatures outside fluctuate please encourage your child to bring a jacket or sweater with them to school. (We go outside almost every day for recess and PE quite frequently is held outside)!

Reading/LA-Non Fiction text features (how to use) & reflexive pronouns
Writing- Informational pieces (weather topics)
Social Studies/Science- Energy (light, heat, sound, motion)
STEM- Hershey’s Kiss Experiment
 
Next Week’s Learning Standards:
Math-Word Problems (addition & subtraction within 100)
Reading/LA-Story Structure/Elements (beginning, middle, end, problem, solution, characters, setting) & reflexive pronouns
Writing- Publishing Informational pieces (weather topics)
Social Studies/Science- Pushes & Pulls
STEM- Improve on Mary Musgrove’s Trading Post Challenge

Read every night for 15 minutes and fill out your 200 Book Club log!!!
