The Nutcracker ballet was wonderful today! Your children looked magnificent and enjoyed the experience. Next week we have a health lesson with Chef Sue Snape. Chef Snape is the Fun with Food Fast Class teacher and will be making healthy smoothies with our class! With the holidays approaching please contact me if you would like to teach our class a game or read a book related Hanukkah, The Chinese New Year, Kwanzaa, etc. We would love to learn how different countries/cultures celebrate holidays here and around the world. We’ve had another great week in second grade! On Monday our fabulous room parents coordinated our Bat Day Centers, Tuesday was Halloween/Hat Day, Thursday we enjoyed our science lesson on the nature trail, and Friday we collaborated with our 5th grade technology buddies!
